Place in the Stone Wave:

A layer of canned sliced potatoes
A layer of onions (cut a slice of a medium sized onion and punch the rings out)
A layer of canned sliced mushrooms
A layer of grated cheddar cheese

Trim the fat from a small center-cut, thin-cut pork chop and put it in the Stone Wave.

Place in the Stone Wave on top of the pork chop:

A layer of canned sliced potatoes
A layer of onions (cut a slice of a medium sized onion and punch the rings out)
A layer of canned sliced mushrooms
A layer of grated cheddar cheese

In a small mixing bowl, mix 2 tbsp of white wine, 2 tbsp of milk together and thicken with approximately 1 tsp of parmesan cheese topping.

Pour the mixture over the potatoes.

Cover and microwave for 5 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Note: Microwave cooking times may vary.

Options: You can omit the pork chops for just a scalloped potato dish. Another option is to substitute a slice of ham for the pork chop. You might also consider using grated Swiss or mozzarella cheese in place of the cheddar.

Prepare the sauce by placing the following in the cooker:

1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp liquid honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried minced onion
¼ tsp salt

Cover and microwave for one minute.

Important: Pour off half the liquid and save.

Put one chicken breast fillet in the cooker.

Note: You have the option of using a whole fillet or cutting it up in strips across the width of the fillet which allows more sauce to get on the meat.

Note: Make sure the sauce coats the meat entirely.

Cover and microwave for four minutes.

Remove the meat to a plate.

Put the reserved liquid back in the cooker.

Mix together ½ tsp cornstarch and 1 tsp water. Add this to the liquid in the cooker.

Microwave for one minute until the sauce thickens slightly.

Remove and pour the sauce over the meat.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
