Ingredients:
1 Tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
vanilla extract, few drops
1/4 C All Purpose flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
pinch of ground cloves
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:
In a mug soften 1 tbsp of butter in microwave, about 5 seconds. You don’t want it melted, just soft. Stir in 2 tbsp of sugar and mix until well incorporated. Stir in pumpkin, vanilla (just a tiny bit, we’re talking drops), flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt and cloves; stirring until just combined. Use the back of your spoon to smooth it out in the bottom of the mug.
For streusel – In a separate, small bowl, combine 1 tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp of flour, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Use your fingers to to pinch the butter and mix it in with the other ingredients. When all ingredients are combined, pour on top of cake batter in mug.
Cook in the microwave for 50-80 seconds depending on your microwave. It will look just barely set on top. You don’t want to overcook it. Eat white it’s still warm.

Ingredients

-     1 large russet potato

-          1 tablespoon butter or margarine

-           3 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

-           salt and pepper to taste

-           3 teaspoons sour cream

Directions

-          Scrub the potato, and prick several time with the tines of a fork. Place on a plate.

-          Cook on full power in the microwave for 5 minutes. Turn over, and continue to cook for 5 more minutes. When the potato is soft, remove from the microwave, and cut in half lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper, and mash up the inside a little using a fork. Top the open sides with butter and 2 tablespoons of cheese. Return to the microwave, and cook for about 1 minute to melt the cheese.

-          Top with remaining cheese and sour cream, and serve.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon cornmeal
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 egg
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon milk

Directions:
1. Mix the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl.

2. Heat in the microwave on high, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 3 minutes, rotating the bowl halfway through cooking if the microwave does not have a rotating tray.

Place one beef tenderloin fillet in the cooker.

Add ½ tsp of water.

Pour ½ tsp of Kitchen Bouquet ™ browning sauce over top of fillet.

Open one 6oz. can of flaked crab meat and rinse & drain. Put the entire contents of the can in the Stone Wave all around the fillet, in the space between the fillet and the side of the cooker.

Note: Other forms of crab meat OR flaked lobster meat OR crab-flavored fish may be used as well.

Drizzle melted butter over the crab meat to taste.

Microwave for 2 min. for rare or 4 min. for medium well (no pink).

Quick Beef Stroganoff

Put ½ to ¾ cup of noodles and ½ cup of water in the Stone Wave, then cover and microwave for 3 minutes.

Put the noodles on a plate and cover to keep warm.

Put ½ cup of canned roast beef with gravy in the cooker.

Add ½ cup of canned mushroom gravy.

Cover and microwave for 3 minutes.

Add 5 tbsp of French onion dip to the meat and gravy, then mix well.

Pour over noodles.

Note: Microwave cooking times may vary.

Microwave Chicken Parm

Put 1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh in the Stone Wave.

Put 2 tbsp of tomato sauce over the chicken.

Put 1 tsp of ground basil over the sauce.

Add ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to the cooker.

Sprinkle 2 tsp of grated Parmesan cheese on the sauce.

Put a second boneless, skinless chicken thigh in the Stone Wave.

Put 2 tbsp of tomato sauce over the chicken.

Put 1 tsp of ground basil over the sauce.

Add ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to the cooker.

Sprinkle 2 tsp of grated parmesan cheese on the sauce.

Option: add 1 – 2 tbsp of red wine.

Cover and microwave for 6 minutes

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over rice, pasta, or buttered toast.

Easy NY Strip Steak

Cut a New York strip steak in half across the width of the steak.

Optional: Trim off the fat.

Coat both sides of both halves of the steak with Kitchen Bouquet ™ browning sauce.

Rub garlic salt into both sides of both halves of the steak.

Put the two halves of the steak into the Stone Wave, one half on top of the other.

Add ½ tsp water to the cooker.

Cover and microwave for 4 minutes (rare) or 6 minutes (medium well – no pink).

Pork Chop Scalloped Potatoes

Place in the Stone Wave:

A layer of canned sliced potatoes
A layer of onions (cut a slice of a medium sized onion and punch the rings out)
A layer of canned sliced mushrooms
A layer of grated cheddar cheese

Trim the fat from a small center-cut, thin-cut pork chop and put it in the Stone Wave.

Place in the Stone Wave on top of the pork chop:

A layer of canned sliced potatoes
A layer of onions (cut a slice of a medium sized onion and punch the rings out)
A layer of canned sliced mushrooms
A layer of grated cheddar cheese

In a small mixing bowl, mix 2 tbsp of white wine, 2 tbsp of milk together and thicken with approximately 1 tsp of parmesan cheese topping.

Pour the mixture over the potatoes.

Cover and microwave for 5 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Note: Microwave cooking times may vary.

Options: You can omit the pork chops for just a scalloped potato dish. Another option is to substitute a slice of ham for the pork chop. You might also consider using grated Swiss or mozzarella cheese in place of the cheddar.
