Place in the Stone Wave:

A layer of canned sliced potatoes
A layer of onions (cut a slice of a medium sized onion and punch the rings out)
A layer of canned sliced mushrooms
A layer of grated cheddar cheese

Trim the fat from a small center-cut, thin-cut pork chop and put it in the Stone Wave.

Place in the Stone Wave on top of the pork chop:

A layer of canned sliced potatoes
A layer of onions (cut a slice of a medium sized onion and punch the rings out)
A layer of canned sliced mushrooms
A layer of grated cheddar cheese

In a small mixing bowl, mix 2 tbsp of white wine, 2 tbsp of milk together and thicken with approximately 1 tsp of parmesan cheese topping.

Pour the mixture over the potatoes.

Cover and microwave for 5 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Note: Microwave cooking times may vary.

Options: You can omit the pork chops for just a scalloped potato dish. Another option is to substitute a slice of ham for the pork chop. You might also consider using grated Swiss or mozzarella cheese in place of the cheddar.
